Methodology & Process
Pipeline restoration without excavation, without breaking walls, without disrupting daily life. The same process used by the world's largest infrastructure projects — now available for every building.
Method 1
Creating a new pipe inside the old one — without excavation and without replacing the outer pipe.
We locally repair the pipe damage by injecting a special resin inside the damaged section. It hardens and creates a brand new, smooth pipe within the old one — without touching walls, tiles, or floors.
50+ year lifespan — no repeat repairs
No wall, tile, or floor demolition
Applicable to sewage, water supply, and industrial pipelines
Completed in 1 day — the building stays in operation
CCTV camera survey inside the pipe to map the damage — cracks, leaks, roots, blockages.
High-pressure cleaning to remove deposits, roots, and old coatings from the pipe walls.
Specialised resin evenly coats the inside of the pipe along its full length, sealing every crack.
The resin cures, forming a new pipe. Final CCTV check confirms the result.
Method 2
We look inside the pipe before recommending anything. No work without a complete picture of the situation.
Before any work begins, we insert a high-resolution camera into the network. We record in real time the internal condition — cracks, blockages, root intrusion, collapse, water backflow. This report forms the basis for every restoration proposal.
Live view inside the pipe — before proposing anything
Pinpoints cracks, blockages, roots, and collapses accurately
Records the exact location of every fault in the network
Report with images delivered — you know exactly what you're paying for and why
Method 3
We find the cause — not just the symptom. Using thermal cameras, humidity meters, and leak analysis, without any destruction.
With a high-sensitivity thermal camera we scan walls, floors, and ceilings. We detect hidden moisture, thermal losses, and potential leak sources without opening anything.
Full thermal survey of the space — walls, floors, ceilings
Pinpointing elevated-moisture areas with hygrometry meters
Leak source identification — pipe, roof terrace, or structural issue
Technical report with full space mapping delivered same day
High-sensitivity thermal camera scan — walls, floors, ceilings. Full thermal image captured before any intervention.
Moisture mapping with hygrometry meters. We locate exactly where moisture concentrates — no guesswork.
Thermal losses, space mapping, leak points, underfloor heating status — delivered same day.
100%
No Destruction
No need to break walls or dig to find the leak
±20 cm
Detection Accuracy
We locate the exact leak point with a deviation of just a few centimetres
1 day
Diagnosis & Delivery
Assessment, detection, and full report delivered same day
The Difference
Traditional pipe replacement by excavation carries high cost, long duration, and significant destruction. No-Dig addresses the same problems at a fraction of the cost.
| Traditional Excavation | No-Dig Method | |
|---|---|---|
| Site destruction | Major (floors, walls, garden) | None |
| Completion time | Weeks | 1 day |
| Site restoration | Required (tiles, concrete) | Not required |
| Operational disruption | Complete (weeks) | None |
| Total cost | High (excavation + restoration) | Up to 50% lower |
Every job is completed with a final CCTV inspection to confirm the result. Delivered with a warranty.
Our team is continuously trained in the latest No-Dig techniques used on major infrastructure projects worldwide.
Jobs completed in hours — not days. Minimal disruption to residents and businesses alike.
